YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

You are here because you are ready for support. Maybe you have tried therapy before and it did not feel like the right fit. Maybe you have been carrying things on your own and it is starting to feel heavier than you would like to admit. Or maybe something has shifted with stress, relationships, burnout, or anxiety and you know it is time to reach out.

At Moncton Counselling and Wellness, we are a collective of therapists offering grounding, approachable, and supportive care. We meet you where you are, whether you are overwhelmed, stuck, hurting, or ready for change.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you start. You only need a place to begin, and we are here to help.

Room to Breathe

A space that was made for you.

A cozy living room with two gray armchairs, a small white patterned rug, a side table with tissues, a tall potted plant, and framed artwork on the wall, with large windows letting in natural light.

Our physical space.

Our clinic at 100 Cameron Street, Unit 5003 was designed to feel calm, welcoming, and grounded. Every choice in the space supports comfort, privacy, and connection so you can settle in and focus on what brought you here. We want you to feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door.

A woman with brown hair wearing a black top and patterned skirt is sitting at a desk looking at a computer monitor displaying a smiling girl during a video call. The desk has a book, a cup with pens, and some papers. On the wall behind her, there is a decorative sign with affirmations and a bouquet of pink flowers in a vase.

Our virtual space.

Our virtual sessions offer the same comfort and grounded support as meeting in person. We use a secure platform to ensure your time is private and focused. Virtual therapy is equally effective, allowing you to access meaningful care from anywhere in New Brunswick. We make it simple, accessible, and consistent.

Am I ready for this?

You don't need to be in crisis to belong here.

  • We offer individual counselling, couples counselling, family therapy, EMDR therapy, and support for anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Sessions are available in person at our Moncton clinic or virtually across New Brunswick.

  • We offer direct billing for Blue Cross. If your insurance is with another provider, payment can be made by credit card or E Transfer at the time of your appointment. Once payment is processed, you will receive an invoice by email that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most plans will reimburse a portion of your session depending on your coverage.

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • After you submit your form, we’ll review your information to match you with the right therapist from our team and get back to you via email. Alternatively, you can book your first session instantly through Jane, an easy-to-use app. Once you’re booked, you’ll complete the intake and consent forms in the app, and we’ll get started in your first session with creating a custom treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • Since we don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, your treatment plan will be customized with various modalities to meet your unique needs. Though we’ll start developing your treatment plan in your first session and share some details with you, please understand that it is always subject to change based on your progress and ever-changing needs.
