  • As you could probably guess, that’s a BIG question. In fact, it’s probably the #1 question on everyone’s mind before they begin therapy. Here’s what we’ll say: it depends totally on what YOU are looking to gain from therapy

    You see, we’re here to help you with whatever difficulties you’re currently navigating. Maybe you’re having trouble finding your voice and standing up for yourself in the workplace. Perhaps you find that your points in discussions or disagreements aren’t received well, and you want to learn how to communicate better with the people in your life. Or maybe you just feel stuck right now, and you need someone who will listen with an empathetic ear and walk side-by-side with you to the next stage of your life.

    Whatever you need—confidence, connection, communication, support—we’re here to help you reach it at your own pace.

  •  After you submit your form, we’ll review your information to match you with the right therapist from our team and get back to you via email. From there, you can book your first session instantly through Jane, an easy-to-use app. Once you’re booked, you’ll complete the intake and consent forms in the app, and we’ll get started in your first session with creating a custom treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • In addition to individual therapy, we offer marriage and couples counselling, family therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. You can learn more about our services and fees here. 

  • Since we don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, your treatment plan will be customized with various modalities to meet your unique needs. Though we’ll start developing your treatment plan in your first session and share some details with you, please understand that it is always subject to change based on your progress and ever-changing needs.

  • Though all of our therapists are highly skilled and compassionate clinicians, we understand that sometimes, it’s just not a fit. If you find that you’re having trouble connecting with your therapist or need someone with a different skillset, reach out to us via email or phone, and we’ll do our best to find you a better match.
