A recognition of the fellow human being, and a wide experience/learning base from which to draw. A good sense of humor and a genuine interest in exploring all things human and helping to find ways to increase satisfaction with life.
“I believe having good mental health is an ongoing, lifelong process of introspection and reaching out when one is struggling. Its acceptance of the self and acceptance of the need for assistance from others. Mental health encompasses a recognition that "we are all in it together", and that humans need other humans.”
