Meet Breanna
Breanna Grace Nandi is a Registered Social Worker in New Brunswick, providing clinical therapy services since 2021. Breanna specializes in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with expertise in treating borderline personality disorder, complex trauma, couple’s conflict (including highly hostile or volatile relationships), and the management of chronic conditions such as bipolar disorder.
With a trauma-informed approach, Breanna focuses on healing the wounds from childhood that continue to be burdensome – while softening the parts that get in the way of thriving and living a meaningful, value-driven life.
Mixing empathy with accountability, Breanna allows clients to safely explore their emotions and experiences. By teaching emotional regulation skills while simultaneously healing the root causes of one’s issues, she helps build resilience, improve clarity, and increase confidence on one’s journey towards mental wellness.
